It has more outstanding advantages than natural wood - fire prevention, water resistance, mildew resistance, insect resistance, deformation resistance, termite resistance, zero formaldehyde, sound insulation, strong aging resistance, strong acid and alkaline resistance, and other special properties. Its fire resistance has reached Class A, which is suitable for indoor decoration of large hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, KTVs, home villas, and other decoration; The entire production process of this product has no industrial waste gas, wastewater, or waste channels. The product waste can be recycled and reused, making it a truly green and environmentally friendly new building material. The raw materials include plant fibers, mineral materials, etc. Currently, they are mainly used in hospitals, hotels, schools, offices, apartments, and residential areas. There are three main types of density classification, low density 0.9-1.2g/cm3, medium density 1.2-1.5g/cm3, and high density 1.5-1.8g/cm3.

      This material can achieve A-level fire resistance, and when placed in a high fire, it will not produce open flames or smoke, and its non flammability reaches A-level. Super water resistance: The board will not expand, mold, deform, or foam when soaked in water for a long time. Green and environmentally friendly: it does not contain asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene, or harmful radioactive elements, and is smokeless, non-toxic, and odorless when exposed to fire. The production process is naturally maintained, consumes less energy, does not discharge pollutants, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. When used, the board surface does not contain powder. Its unique natural fine pore structure can regulate indoor temperature, making living and working more comfortable.

      In terms of sound insulation and heat insulation, the board is made of 1000 tons of high-pressure pressing, with superior sound insulation performance. The board is sprayed and fired at a high temperature of 1200 degrees for 70 minutes, with a back temperature of only 45 degrees.

      In terms of insect and anti-corrosion, the product is weakly alkaline and does not produce mold. Mice, cockroaches, ants, and other alkaline substances are not consumed. It can also resist aging. The plate is an inorganic material, which will not rot but will combine with the carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide in the air to form a calcified layer. The nail holding performance is also very good, and the board has super strong screw holding force, which can be fixed with nails freely. Anti rehalogenation property, as it does not contain chloride ions, there will be no rehalogenation phenomenon, no water droplets, and no rehydration.
