After the new house renovation is completed, everyone is eager to buy new furniture for their new home and can't wait to move in. How can I buy good furniture? The quality of furniture is determined by the boards used in the furniture. Nowadays, there are many types of furniture panels on the market, making people dizzy and unsure of how to choose. At this point, the simplest and most effective method is to choose boards from large manufacturers and brands. We will share with you seven experiences in selecting high-quality boards through our journey through the board industry.

Summary of Seven Experiences in Choosing High Quality Board Materials

      1. When choosing a large brand of sheet metal manufacturer, do not think that the price of large brand sheets is high. There are reasons for high prices. Large brand boards can ensure their quality, with genuine materials, and will not engage in fraud like small board manufacturers, which cannot guarantee the quality of the boards.

      2. When choosing furniture panels, the most easily overlooked issue is after-sales service. When choosing furniture panels, it is important to inquire about the after-sales service status of the panels. With after-sales service guarantees, people will feel more at ease. For example, what will the board manufacturer do when there is a problem with the board.

      3. The surface of the high-quality board is smooth and flawless, without defects such as dead knots, patching, glue leakage, cracks, bubbles, and skin pinching.

      4. The factory name, address, grade, specifications, and other information on the packaging of high-quality board products should be clear and unambiguous.

      5. Smelling the odor can be used to identify whether the board contains formaldehyde. If the board has a particularly pungent odor, it indicates that the formaldehyde content exceeds the standard and should not be purchased.

      6. Cut section inspection: The board is made by pasting layer by layer or splicing the core layer. When selecting the board, cut a section of the inner core of the product. If the core layer is dense, firm, has good nail grip, and has strong durability, it indicates that it is a high-quality board. 7. The moisture content of high-quality boards is usually around 16%. If the moisture content is too low, it can cause warping and splitting of the board, while if it is too high, it can cause discoloration, decay, and susceptibility to erosion.

Choosing high-quality boards is just that simple, remember it and you will never buy inferior boards again!
